Al Burdulis, Vice President of Mechanical Systems

Mr. Burdulis joined Spinal Modulation in 2006 as one of the first engineers. He brings with him over 28 years of experience in medical device startups, including Intermedics, Encore, Kinamed, Menlo Care, Perclose, and Conformis.

He has taken more than 10 products from concept to commercialization success and has 10 issued patents, with 10 additional patents pending.

Mr. Burdulis received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
